Training Bulletin was founded by a working law enforcement supervisor with twenty years on the job, most of it in custody operations, supervising fifty-plus deputies across night and swing watches.
Why it matters
That matters because policy training fails in a specific way. The directive is nine pages. The training is a PowerPoint from 2014. The deputies sign the acknowledgment form at 0630 without reading it, and six months later somebody's in an IA interview over a policy they technically received.
