One policy

A focused pilot before a larger rollout

3-5 minutes

Long enough to teach, short enough to finish

No new platform

Files built to fit the systems you already use

The service

One production partner from source document to final cut.

Built for sheriff's offices, police departments, county HR teams, public works departments, and municipal agencies; it works the same for any organization with real compliance obligations and no production staff. If your policies live in a PDF nobody reads, this is for you.

What we make

POLICY EXPLAINERS

Turn dense directives into a clear briefing.

We structure the core requirement, what changed, who it affects, and what employees need to do next. Then we produce a concise narrated video around the approved message.

  • POST and legislative updates
  • Policy and SOP rollouts
  • OSHA and safety refreshers
  • Supervisor talking points
HR COMPLIANCE

Mandatory topics without the dated deck.

Explainers in your branding for workplace conduct, leave procedures, harassment prevention, and annual policy acknowledgments.

DELIVERY

Ready for the channels you have.

Receive final files for your LMS, intranet, email rollout, briefing room, or hosted presentation.

PROOF OF COMPLETION

Proof your people got the message.

Every video ships with a five-question knowledge check and a printable acknowledgment sheet. Post the quiz in your existing LMS or run it at roll call, and file the signed sheet the way you file everything else.

RECURRING SUPPORT

Build a consistent training library over time.

After the pilot, commission updates as policies change. No platform to adopt, no subscription to content you don't need. Most agencies budget for two to four update videos per year.

Procurement questions

Questions agencies ask

How fast is delivery?
Final videos are delivered within 30 days of storyboard approval. Most pilots complete faster.
What do we receive?
1080p MP4 files with closed captions (WebVTT), Section 508-friendly and LMS/SCORM-ready, built to work in your existing LMS, intranet, or roll-call training.
What counts as the revision round?
One consolidated list of changes per video, submitted after your team reviews the draft. Because you approve the storyboard before production, revisions are rarely needed. Caption fixes and factual corrections never count against the round.
What if our policy is long or complex?
The scope call is where we size it. A long directive usually becomes one video per major section rather than one crowded video, and we will tell you before you commit if your rollout needs more than the pilot covers.
Is $7,500 the standard price?
The founding-agency rate is $7,500, locked for the life of the engagement, including update videos after the pilot. Standard pilot pricing after the founding cohort is $9,500. Either way, the pilot is a single fixed-fee purchase order under most agencies' small-purchase thresholds.
Who writes the scripts?
Your approved policy language stays the source of truth. We translate it into plainspoken narration without changing its intent, and every script moves through your review chain before production.
Who do we contract with?
Keola Ventures LLC, a California limited liability company. A W-9 and capability statement are available for your procurement file.
What happens after the pilot?
Agencies commission update videos as policies change. Most budget for two to four per year, without replacing their current learning system.
Do you require an LMS or subscription?
No. You receive video files you own. No platform, no per-seat licensing, no recurring obligation.
Who owns the finished videos?
Your agency does. Every deliverable is a work for hire. You receive the files outright, with no licensing fees, no subscription, and no restriction on internal use. Post them to your LMS, intranet, or briefing rooms indefinitely.
What happens to the policy documents we send you?
They stay confidential. Source documents are used only to produce your videos, are never shared outside the production, and are deleted on request after delivery. We will sign your agency's confidentiality or data-handling agreement before work begins.
What if the videos miss the mark?
You will know before we produce anything. Every video starts as a plain-language storyboard you approve in writing. If the storyboards do not work for your agency, you can walk away at that stage and owe nothing. After approval, each video includes one consolidated revision round.
